How do I submit requested files to Support for troubleshooting?

If Support has requested that you submit your ReadCube app's library database or log files to aid troubleshooting, please follow these steps:

1) Open the Preferences section by clicking on the gear icon in the bottom left corner toolbar.

2) Click on the Support tab.

3) In the bottom Advanced section of the Support tab, there are two buttons to submit either your library database or app logs. Please select the requested submission option(s) and wait for the upload to complete.

Please note - all user-submitted logs and databases are kept completely confidential and are only used for diagnostic and troubleshooting purposes.

Prior to using the Advanced support tools, please write us first at support@readcube.com with a description of the issue, and we'll be happy to help you troubleshoot.
