Where is the PDF I purchased?

After purchasing, you should be brought to the full article automatically. You may need to refresh the page to unlock the article (ie. removing the filter blurring pages 2 onwards).


If for some reason this didn't happen or you need to get back to the article you purchase - please try the following:


1. Check your Email


You also should have gotten a direct link (the article title) to your purchase sent to your e-mail which will bring you to the ReadCube Web Reader version of your article. Unless the PDF is very large - it also should be attached to the email itself. Sometimes this email gets sent to spam so search for subject line "ReadCube Papers Purchase" and don't forget to add ReadCube Papers to your safe sender list.


2. Check your ReadCube Papers Account

Go to ReadCube.com and click either "Sign In" or "your Name" in the top right corner to reveal your account options.

From here, choose the "purchase history" option (under the same ReadCube Papers logo menu), which will show you all of your purchases.  Click on the title for the article you purchased on this new screen, and you will be at your purchase.  



3. Look in the "Purchase" folder of any other ReadCube Papers' desktop/mobile apps

Purchased articles are automatically synced across your ReadCube Papers devices. 


Don't have ReadCube Papers yet? You can subscribe to our software (www.readcube.com).

After launching the app you'll find your purchased articles available.

4. Return to publisher abstract page

When you return to the publisher's abstract page, you'll see direct links to access the article in place of what previously was purchase options.
